Gymnastics

Recreational gymnastics classes are available for children from age 3 and up.  Our competition team program for both boys and girls gymnastics goes all the way to the National level.

Trampoline and Tumbling

Trampoline and Tumbling is an Olympic sport distinct from gymnastics.  We offer recreational classes for children beginning at age 6.  Our Trampoline and Tumbling competition team program for both boys and girls goes all the way to the National level.

Open Gym

Every Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 PM the gym is open to all children ages 6 and up.  See the open gym page for details.

The gym is located in Burns Industrial Park, near the intersection of Dundee Road and Carl Floyd Road.
